Directions

  1. 1Grate garlic over mayonnaise and add smoked paprika, honey, and lemon juice.
  2. 2Mix the ingredients together.
  3. 3Slice heirloom tomatoes.
  4. 4Add salt and dry them off with paper towels.
  5. 5Slice sharp cheddar cheese.
  6. 6Grill your bread.
  7. 7Smear on that paprika aioli.
  8. 8Place your sharp white cheddar.
  9. 9Add your tomatoes.
  10. 10Top them with some type of microgreen or chives and serve these up.
