Directions

  1. 1Mix the eggs with the white and brown sugar.
  2. 2Mix the dough.
  3. 3Add the flour.
  4. 4Stir the mixture.
  5. 5Scoop the dough onto a baking sheet.
  6. 6Roll the dough into balls.
  7. 7Mix mascarpone cream with powdered sugar and heavy cream.
  8. 8Whip the mixture.
  9. 9Add the cream to a piping bag and pipe it onto the cookies in a spiral shape.
  10. 10Sprinkle with coffee powder.
