Directions
- 1Chop the red potatoes
- 2Place the potatoes on a baking sheet.
- 3Season the potatoes with cooking spray, pink salt, black pepper, and garlic powder.
- 4Mix the potatoes to ensure they are well coated with the seasonings
- 5Place potatoes in the oven
- 6Chop the red bell pepper and white onion.
- 7Place the vegetables in an electric pan.
- 8Add ground beef to the pan.
- 9Add garlic powder, chili powder, cumin, pink salt, and pepper.
- 10Smash ground beef
- 11Add avocado, nonfat Greek yogurt, chipotle pepper, lemon juice, pink salt, and black pepper to a blender.
- 12Blend the sauce.
- 13Place the blended sauce in a squeeze bottle.
- 14Add the cooked potatoes to the ground beef and vegetable mixture.
- 15Add the blended sauce to the mixture.
- 16Add fat free cheddar.
- 17Mix it all together.
- 18Place the finished mixture into meal prep containers.
- 19Add sauce on top of each prepared meal.

- 1 tsp salt
- 0.5 tsp pepper
- 0.5 cup nonfat greek yogurt
- 1 avocado
- 1 chipotle pepper
- 1 juice
- 1 juice
