Roasted Garlic Cheesy Bread

Directions
- 1Roast a garlic bulb with salt and olive oil wrapped in aluminum foil at 400 degrees for 30 minutes.
- 2Add the roasted garlic to softened butter.
- 3Add garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and salt to the butter and garlic mixture.
- 4Add honey to the mixture and mix.
- 5Slice Italian bread in half.
- 6Spread half of the butter mixture evenly over the bread.
- 7Place the bread on a baking rack and add Gouda and mozzarella cheeses.
- 8Bake in the oven at 375 degrees for 10 minutes.
- 9Broil at the end.
- 10Cut and serve.
