Directions

  1. 1In a bowl, mix 1 cup of sugar and the zest of 3 lemons.
  2. 2Add 1 cup of boiling water and mix until dissolved.
  3. 3Juice the 3 lemons and strain the juice.
  4. 4Add 0.5% of sorbet stabilizer.
  5. 5Chill in an ice cream maker or freeze, taking it out every 30 minutes to whisk.
  6. 6Serve in a lemon half.

  • 1 cup boiling water
  • 0.5 % sorbet stabilizer
