Italian Coffee Cream
Directions
- 1Add 36 gr of espresso from Moka pot or instant coffee to a jar.
- 2Add 400 ml of heavy whipping cream to the jar.
- 3Add 25 g of sugar to the jar.
- 4Seal the jar with a lid.
- 5Shake the jar for 5 minutes until you hear a slapping sound.
- 6Optionally, sprinkle with cocoa powder before serving.
