Directions

  1. 1Combine all ingredients.
  2. 2Bring the mixture to a boil.
  3. 3Remove from heat.
  4. 4Water bath can for 10 minutes for half pint jars.
  5. 5Water bath can for 15 minutes for pint jars.

Ingredients

  • 1 number 10 can tomato paste
  • 13.75 cups water
  • 4.5 cups honey or sugar
  • 6 TBSP onion powder
  • 6.25 TBSP salt
  • 2.33 cups Apple cider vinegar

Tips

  • You can use normal sugar instead of raw honey if you prefer the familiar taste.
  • If you can't find a number 10 can of tomato paste, use approximately 7 1/2 15oz cans to equal 110oz.
