Bacon Grease Chocolate Chip Cookies
Directions
- 1Fry a pound of bacon.
- 2Set aside half a cup of bacon grease.
- 3In a bowl, mix together the bacon grease, half a cup of sugar, half a cup of brown sugar, one egg, and a teaspoon of vanilla.
- 4If the grease is solid, melt it.
- 5Add two cups of flour and three quarters of a teaspoon of baking soda to the wet ingredients.
- 6Mix until combined.
- 7Stir in one cup of chocolate chips.
- 8Chill the dough.
- 9Form into balls and place onto a baking sheet.
- 10Bake at 350 for around 12 minutes.
