Add pork into a bowl.

Add chopped shrimp to the bowl.

Chop green onion and add to the bowl.

Add minced garlic and minced ginger to the bowl.

Add cornstarch, salt, white pepper, sesame oil, and red pepper flakes.

Mix well.

Add soy sauce and mix.

Soak rice paper in warm water.

Place a spoonful of filling onto each rice paper sheet.

Fold the sides of the rice paper over the filling.

Fold the top over and roll tightly.

Preheat oven to 400°F.

Brush neutral oil on each dumpling.

Bake for 15 minutes, flipping halfway.

Broil for 2 minutes to get the top crispy.

Prepare the sauce by mixing sweet sauce, white sugar, and Lao Gan Ma chili crisp.
