Directions

- 8Pour heavy whipping cream into a bowl.
- 9Add powdered sugar, white chocolate pudding mix, marshmallow fluff, and vanilla extract to the cream.
- 10Whip for 4-5 minutes until marshmallow whipped cream forms.
- 11Let the baked cookies cool on the counter for at least 25 minutes.
- 12Decorate the cooled cookies with marshmallow whipped cream and extra Lucky Charms marshmallows.
