Directions
- 1Cut the pound cake into two equal pieces.
- 2Line a baking pan with plastic wrap and place one layer of cake inside.
- 3Add a layer of ice cream on top of the cake.
- 4Add the second layer of cake.
- 5Wrap and freeze until firm.
- 6In a bowl, beat egg whites, powdered sugar, and vanilla until stiff peaks form.
- 7Pipe the meringue onto the frozen cake.
- 8Use a kitchen torch to brown the meringue.
- 9Garnish with raspberries and serve.
