Buffalo Fish & Chips
Directions
- 1Cut the fish into 4 pieces.
- 2Season fish with Old Bay seasoning.
- 3Make batter with flour, soda water, egg, vodka and Old Bay seasoning.
- 4Coat fish in batter.
- 5Fry fish until golden brown.
- 6Chop green onions, parsley and dill.
- 7Make sauce with mayonnaise, sour cream, horseradish, Golden's Stone Ground Dijon, Lea & Perrins Worcestershire sauce and salt.
- 8Cook waffle fries.
- 9Make buffalo sauce with butter, Frank's RedHot sauce and honey.
- 10Serve fish with waffle fries and buffalo sauce, topped with chopped herbs.

- 1 pinch salt
- 4 tbsp butter
- 1 cup Frank's RedHot sauce
- 2 tbsp honey
- 4 waffle fries
