Directions

  1. 1Season the shrimp with Old Bay, Blackened Red Fish Magic, red pepper flakes, black pepper, and salt.
  2. 2Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  3. 3Drop in the seasoned shrimp and cook for about 3 minutes on each side.
  4. 4After 5-6 minutes, remove the cooked shrimp and set them aside.
  5. 5Drop in the half shallot and 2 cloves of garlic into the skillet and cook for a few minutes (about 5 minutes or so).
  6. 6While the shallots and garlic are cooking, boil water for the pasta and add salt to it.
  7. 7Drop in the pasta into the boiling water and cook until al dente.
  8. 8Add 1 cup of heavy cream to the skillet and cook for several minutes, being careful not to burn it.
  9. 9Add 4-5 ounces of fresh Parmesan cheese to the skillet.
  10. 10Squeeze in half of a lemon's juice and add some lemon zest.
  11. 11Drop in some fresh parsley to taste.
  12. 12Turn off the heat.
  13. 13Add the cooked pasta to the sauce in the skillet and mix it up to incorporate.
  14. 14Return the cooked shrimp to the skillet with the pasta and sauce.
  15. 15Top with more fresh parsley and serve.
