Directions
- 1Combine all ingredients in a pot and heat over low heat until the sugar is dissolved.
- 2Let the mixture cool and then blend it.
- 3Strain the mixture if desired, or keep the fruit in the mix.
- 4Pour into prepared pint jars and water bath.

- 4 cup lime juice

- Use frozen pitted chopped cherries to get the best price savings.
- If you don't want to water bath, you can freeze the concentrate instead.
- To make a batch of cherry limeade, combine 1 pint of concentrate with 3 pints of water.
