Directions

  1. 1Place 12 eggs in a pot and cover them with water.
  2. 2Boil the eggs, then cover the pot and let them rest for 12 minutes.
  3. 3Transfer the eggs to an ice bath to cool them down.
  4. 4Peel the eggs.
  5. 5Cut the peeled eggs in half lengthwise.
  6. 6Remove the yolks and place them in a bowl.
  7. 7For the classic deviled eggs, add ½ cup mayonnaise, 1 tbsp mustard, 1 tsp salt, and 1 tsp pepper to the bowl with the yolks.
  8. 8Mash and mix the ingredients until smooth.
  9. 9Transfer the mixture to a piping bag.
  10. 10Pipe the classic deviled egg mixture into the egg white halves.
  11. 11Garnish with paprika and parsley.
  12. 12For the Cajun deviled eggs, add ½ cup mayonnaise, 1 tbsp mustard, 1 tbsp Cajun seasoning, ½ cup celery, ½ cup bell pepper, and 1 tsp hot sauce to a bowl with yolks.
  13. 13Mix the ingredients until well combined.
  14. 14Transfer the Cajun mixture to a piping bag.
  15. 15Pipe the Cajun deviled egg mixture into the egg white halves.
  16. 16Garnish with smoked paprika and green onion.
  17. 17For the loaded deviled eggs, add ½ cup sour cream, ½ cup bacon, ¼ cup chives, and ½ cup cheddar to a bowl with yolks.
