Chicken Manchurian

Directions

  1. 1Add boneless chicken to a food processor.
  2. 2Process the chicken until minced.
  3. 3Chop the onion into small pieces.
  4. 4Chop the coriander leaves.
  5. 5Add the chopped onion and coriander leaves to the minced chicken.
  6. 6Chop garlic, ginger, and green chilies.
  7. 7Add chopped garlic, ginger, and green chilies to the chicken mixture.
  8. 8Add red chili powder, turmeric powder, garam masala, and salt to taste.
  9. 9Add cornflour and maida to the mixture.
  10. 10Mix all ingredients thoroughly to form a dough.
  11. 11Take small portions of the mixture and shape them into meatballs.
  12. 12Fry the chicken meatballs in hot oil over medium-high heat until 90% cooked.
  13. 13Remove the fried meatballs and place them on a plate.
  14. 14Prepare the sauce by combining tomato ketchup, green chili sauce, Schezwan sauce, soya sauce, vinegar, and water in a bowl.
  15. 15Mix the sauce ingredients well.
  16. 16Heat oil in a pan.
  17. 17Add chopped garlic, ginger, green chilies, and onion to the pan.
  18. 18Sauté the ingredients until fragrant.
  19. 19Pour the prepared sauce into the pan.
  20. 20Stir the sauce and bring it to a simmer.
  21. 21Add cornflour slurry to thicken the sauce.
  22. 22Stir until the sauce reaches desired consistency.
  23. 23Add the fried chicken meatballs to the sauce.
  24. 24Toss the meatballs in the sauce to coat them evenly.
  25. 25Garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
  26. 26Serve the Chicken Manchurian hot.

  • 1 TSP Garlic
  • 1 TSP Ginger
  • 1 TSP Green Chillies
  • 0.5 Cup Onion
  • 2 TBSP Tomato Ketchup
  • 1 TBSP Green Chilli Sauce
  • 1.5 TSP Schezwan Sauce
  • 1 TSP Soya Sauce
  • 1 TSP Vinegar
  • 2 TBSP Water
  • Organic food colour
  • Coriander Leaves
