Directions
- 1Add flour, baking powder, baking soda, cocoa powder and salt to a bowl.
- 2Sieve the dry ingredients.
- 3Add butter to a bowl and mix with the electric mixer.
- 4Add brown sugar to the butter and mix.
- 5Add eggs to the butter and sugar mixture.
- 6Add white sugar to the mixture and mix.
- 7Add the sieved dry ingredients to the wet mixture and mix until combined.
- 8Chop the milk chocolate.
- 9Add the chopped milk chocolate and dark chocolate chips to the cookie dough and mix.
- 10Prepare a baking tray with parchment paper.
- 11Portion the cookie dough into 160g balls and place them on the baking tray.
- 12Bake at 180° for 10-12 minutes.
