Marinate the pork with soy sauce, cooking wine, white pepper, and baking soda for at least 15 minutes.

Coat the marinated pork in a batter of cornstarch, flour, egg white, and water.

Fry the pork until cooked all the way through; double fry for extra crispiness.

Chop up some bell peppers, pineapple, and an onion.

Stir fry the veggies until soft and tender.

Mix together sugar, ketchup, vinegar, soy sauce, salt, and chicken powder for the sweet and sour sauce.

Pour the sauce into a pan to let it thicken slightly.

1 /2 cup water
1 cup oil
1 each bell peppers
1 cup pineapple
1 onion
1 /2 cup sugar
1 cup ketchup
1 /2 cup vinegar
1 tsp salt
1 tsp chicken powder

Tips
Marinate the pork for at least 15 minutes.
