Upside Down Hotdog
Directions
- 1Sprinkle parmesan and cheddar cheese on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper to form a crust.
- 2Place two hot dogs on top of the cheese.
- 3Top with puff pastry sheets, brush with egg, and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
- 4Bake at 400°F for 15 minutes, or until golden brown.
- 5Add ketchup and mustard after baking.
