Pour 2 peach jellies in 800 ml of boiling water, stir and set aside to cool and slightly thicken.

Put 1.5 tablespoons of gelatin into a glass dish, pour 1/3 cup of boiling water and stir to dissolve the gelatin and set aside to cool.

Cut peaches from a tin into cubes and slices.

Line the bottom of a baking pan with baking paper and arrange cocoa biscuits on it.

Pour cold cream, 3 tablespoons of powdered sugar and mascarpone cheese into a high, large container.

Beat together until the cream doubles in volume and becomes thick.

Gradually pour in the cooled but still liquid gelatin and beat together to combine.

Transfer approximately half of the cream to a bowl, add the cubed peach and stir.

Spread the cream with peaches over the biscuits.

Place delicje cakes immediately on top.

Add 3 tablespoons of melted chocolate and 3 tablespoons of chopped nuts to the remaining cream.

Mix it all together.

Spread the chocolate cream on the cakes.

Arrange sliced peaches on top.

Pour the peach jelly slowly over the cake.

Put in the fridge until it sets.
