Directions

  1. 1Crack 4 eggs and separate egg whites from egg yolks.
  2. 2In a large mixing bowl, pour egg whites and mix until you get stiff peaks.
  3. 3Slap some egg whites down on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. 4Make a small crater in the middle of each egg white mound.
  5. 5Dump the egg yolk in the crater.
  6. 6Bake at 350 until just brown.
  7. 7Add optional toppings like chili crisp oil.
