Directions

  1. 1Whisk together the egg, chicken broth, oregano, salt, and black pepper in a jar.
  2. 2Add the heavy cream to the jar and mix well.
  3. 3Create a base layer of potato chips in a skillet or oven-safe container.
  4. 4Pour a little of the cream mixture over the chips.
  5. 5Sprinkle with a layer of crispy fried onions.
  6. 6Cover with a layer of grated emmental or gruyère cheese.
  7. 7Add another layer of potato chips and press down firmly.
  8. 8Pour the remaining cream mixture over the potatoes and ensure they are well soaked.
  9. 9Add small bits of sobrasada, more crispy onions, and more grated cheese on top.
  10. 10Bake at 200 degrees Celsius for 5 to 10 minutes.
  11. 11Garnish with green onion.
