Directions
- 1Spray a baking sheet with cooking spray.
- 2Place frozen rolls onto the baking sheet.
- 3Cover the baking sheet with plastic wrap and let rise for about 3 hours.
- 4In a pot, heat olive oil, add onions, and garlic.
- 5Add two cans of tomato sauce.
- 6Add salt, garlic powder, onion powder, and chili flakes.
- 7Whisk to combine and let simmer for 15 minutes.
- 8Drizzle olive oil over the risen rolls.
- 9Poke down the rolls to form a crust.
- 10Add salt to the pizza dough.
- 11Layer pepperoni slices, mozzarella and jack cheese, and diced pepperoni over the dough.
- 12Add racing stripes of the tomato sauce.
- 13Bake in a 450°F (232°C) oven for about 30 minutes.
- 14Cut and serve.
