Directions
- 1Add 1 1/2 cups of cake flour to a bowl.
- 2Add 3 tablespoons of sugar to the bowl.
- 3Add 2 teaspoons of baking powder.
- 4Add 2 whole eggs to the mix.
- 5Add 3/4 cup of milk to the mix.
- 6Whisk all ingredients together until it forms a smooth mixture.
- 7Pour the mixture into a pan on the stove.
- 8Cook the pancake until bubbles appear on the surface.
- 9Flip the pancake to cook the other side until golden brown.
- 10Stack the cooked pancakes on a plate.
- 11Top with a pat of butter.
- 12Serve with fresh strawberries and maple syrup.
