Directions

1Fill a glass container with 1/4 cup of Shea butter.
2Add 1/4 cup of coconut oil to the glass container.
3Add 2 tablespoons of beeswax pellets to the container. (Note: The video doubles the recipe, using 4 tablespoons, but the given recipe is for a single batch.)
4Place the glass container in a double boiler on the stove and melt the ingredients until nice and smooth.
5Let the mixture cool for a couple of minutes.
6Add 10 drops of Eucalyptus essential oil to open up airways.
7Add 10 drops of Peppermint essential oil for clear breathing.
8Add 10 drops of Frankincense essential oil as a best overall oil.
9Add 5 drops of Lemon essential oil for immune support.
10Add 5 drops of Cinnamon essential oil for immune support.
11Add 5 drops of Clove essential oil for immune support.
12Add 3 drops of Lavender essential oil to promote relaxation.
13Give the mixture a really good mix after adding all essential oils.
14Pour the mixture into containers, such as deodorant tubes or tins. Reuse old jars if available.
15Set the filled containers aside to cool.
16Once cooled and solidified, store the vapor rub in your medicine cabinet and use as needed.
