Million Dollar Spaghetti

Directions

  1. 1Start browning a half pound of Italian sausage and a half pound of ground beef in a hot oiled pan.
  2. 2Break up the meat, season it with salt and pepper, brown it, and then drain it.
  3. 3Add one diced onion and three minced garlic cloves to the pan and stir them up.
  4. 4Cook the onions and garlic for a few minutes until the onions are soft.
  5. 5Add one jar of your favorite marinara sauce to the pan and stir until everything is coated.
  6. 6Set the meat mixture aside.
  7. 7Cook the spaghetti.
  8. 8In a mixing bowl, add one block of softened cream cheese, one cup of cottage cheese, and a quarter cup of sour cream.
  9. 9Whisk or mix the cheese mixture until beautifully combined.
  10. 10Ploop half of the cooked spaghetti into the bottom of a 9x13 baking dish.
  11. 11Ploop the cream cheese mixture on top of the spaghetti.
  12. 12Put the rest of the noodles on top of the cream cheese mixture.
  13. 13Ploop the meat mixture on top of the noodles.
  14. 14Shred an 8 oz block of mozzarella cheese and spread it on top.
  15. 15Sprinkle a handful of Parmesan cheese on top.
  16. 16Throw the whole thing in the oven at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for about 30 minutes.
  17. 17If you have parsley, throw it on top.
  18. 18Let the spaghetti cool down before serving.
  19. 19Get a spatula, cut a piece out, and put it on a plate.
  20. 20Grab a fork and scoop up a big old bite.

  • 1 block softened cream cheese
  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 0.25 cup sour cream
  • 8 oz block mozzarella cheese
  • 1 handful Parmesan
  • 1 handful parsley

Tips
