Directions

  1. 1Rinse the potatoes.
  2. 2Boil the potatoes with salt for 15 minutes.
  3. 3Strain the boiled potatoes and place them on a cookie sheet.
  4. 4Smash each potato with a potato masher.
  5. 5Season the smashed potatoes with oil and pepper.
  6. 6Bake for 30 minutes at 425 degrees Fahrenheit.
  7. 7Flatten the baked potatoes and top with cheese.
  8. 8Bake for an additional 2 minutes until the cheese is melted.
  9. 9Add parsley or chives.
  10. 10Drizzle with creamy ranch dressing, dip, and enjoy.
