Mum's Famous Barbecue Meatballs
Directions
- 1Mix 1 pound of ground beef, salt, pepper, 1 cup of Italian style breadcrumbs, 2 eggs, meat tenderizer, and garlic salt in a bowl.
- 2Make small meatballs.
- 3In a bowl, combine 1 chopped white onion, 0.75 cup of water, 1 cup of ketchup, and 2 tablespoons of light brown sugar.
- 4Add 2 tablespoons of vinegar to the sauce.
- 5Pour sauce over meatballs.
- 6Cover with aluminum foil and bake at 350°F for 1 hour.
