Marry Me Mushrooms
Directions
- 1Remove the stems from the mushrooms.
- 2Heat some olive oil in a pan.
- 3Sauté garlic and onion until golden.
- 4Add in the mushrooms.
- 5Sprinkle in oregano and chilli flakes.
- 6Stir in tomato paste and tomato puree.
- 7Cook for 3 to 4 minutes until rich and fragrant.
- 8Stir in cream, plenty of Parmesan, fresh basil, and a splash of water.
- 9Garnish with more Parmesan and basil.
