Directions

  1. 1Cut two lemons in half.
  2. 2Juice the lemons using a juicer.
  3. 3In a cocktail shaker, add 1 ounce of lemon juice.
  4. 4Add 1 egg white to the cocktail shaker.
  5. 5Dry shake the cocktail shaker to froth the egg white.
  6. 6Add 2 ounces of vodka to the cocktail shaker.
  7. 7Add 2 teaspoons of raspberry jam to the cocktail shaker.
  8. 8Add lots of ice to the cocktail shaker.
  9. 9Shake well until the mixture is frothy.
  10. 10Double strain the mixture into a glass.
  11. 11Add a lemon slice for garnish.

  • 2 teaspoons raspberry jam
  • 1 egg white
