Olive Oil Martini
Directions
- 1Add olives, olive brine, black pepper, and vermouth to a mixing glass.
- 2Add vodka.
- 3Muddle the olives.
- 4Add ice and stir for about 30 seconds.
- 5Double strain into a chilled martini glass.
- 6Drizzle with extra virgin olive oil.
- 7Add a crack of black pepper and three olives as garnish.

- 0 black pepper
- 0.5 ounce dry vermouth
- 3 ounces vodka
