Directions

1Melt two sticks of butter with half a cup of brown sugar in a saucepan on the stove top, whisking until bubbly and boiling to create a caramel.
2Turn off the heat and remove the caramel from the stove.
3Place a Ritz cracker in each cup of a greased silicone muffin tin.
4Scoop the caramel toffee mixture on top of each Ritz cracker, ensuring the cracker is completely covered.
5Bake the muffin tin in the oven for about 5 minutes at 400°F.
6Immediately after pulling them out of the oven, while still hot, place Hershey's milk chocolate pieces on top of each caramel toffee bite.
7Let the chocolate sit for a couple of minutes to melt.
8Use a spoon or spatula to flatten out the melted chocolate chips to create a solid chocolate layer.
9Sprinkle pecan chips on top of the chocolate layer.
10Refrigerate the dessert for a couple of hours.
11Pop the Ritz toffee bites out of the muffin tin and serve.
