Cookies and Cream Cheesecake Bars

Directions
- 1Make your crust out of crushed Oreos, sugar, and melted butter.
- 2When that mixture looks like wet sand, flatten it into an 8 by 8 pan and bake on 350 for eight minutes.
- 3While that crust cools down turn your oven down to 325 and start making your cheesecake filling.
- 4First beat your softened cream cheese until creamy, then add your sugar and vanilla extract and beat again.
- 5Then add your eggs and sour cream mixing in between.
- 6Finally mix in your Oreos until your heart's content.
- 7Pour your cheesecake mixture over your cold crust and bake on 325 for approximately 40 minutes.
- 8Let your bars cool for 45 minutes and froze them for a few hours then slice them and add some cookies and cream chocolate on top and finally an Oreo.

- 2 tbsp sugar
- 0.5 cup melted butter
- 16 oz cream cheese, softened
- 0.75 cup sugar
- 1 tbsp vaniila
- 2 eggs
- 0.5 cup sour cream
- 1.5 cup oreos
