Directions

  1. 1Place parchment paper on a baking sheet and arrange green apples on top.
  2. 2Insert a cookie stick in each apple.
  3. 3In a saucepan, combine 1 cup of sugar and 1 tablespoon of water.
  4. 4Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally until the sugar dissolves and turns amber.
  5. 5Remove from heat and carefully whisk in 1 cup of heavy cream.
  6. 6Pour the caramel into a bowl.
  7. 7Dip each apple into the caramel to coat completely.
  8. 8Place the coated apples back on the baking sheet to allow caramel to set.

  • 1 tablespoon Water
  • 1 cup Heavy cream
  • 9 Green apples
