Egg Salad Bacon Boats
Directions
- 1Boil six eggs for 6-7 minutes, then transfer them to an ice bath to cool.
- 2Peel the eggs and slice them in half.
- 3Separate the egg yolks from the whites.
- 4Mash the egg yolks with mayonnaise, salt and pepper using a hand mixer.
- 5Add honey to the yolk mixture.
- 6Chop the egg whites.
- 7Add the chopped egg whites to the yolk mixture and stir until well combined.
- 8Cook bacon until crispy.
- 9Chop the bacon.
- 10Place the egg salad into the romaine lettuce leaves.
- 11Top with bacon.
- 12Sprinkle paprika and everything bagel seasoning on top.
