Serves 1

Directions

  1. 1In a small bowl, thoroughly mash the berries with a fork.
  2. 2Stir in the chia seeds and maple syrup, then let it sit for a few minutes to allow the chia to swell and thicken.
  3. 3Spoon 2-tablespoon-sized circles of the berry mixture onto a tray lined with parchment paper.
  4. 4Transfer them to the freezer for 1 - 2 hours until they are completely firm and solid.
  5. 5Drop each frozen berry disc into the yoghurt.
  6. 6Use a spoon to coat them entirely so you get a thick, even outer layer.
  7. 7Place the coated bites back onto the parchment paper tray.
  8. 8Freeze for another 30 minutes until the yoghurt shell is perfectly frozen and set.

Ingredients

  • 0.66 cup organic mixed berries
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
