Directions

- 2Once soft, blend them into a smooth puree and mix in your gelatin.
- 3Whip that mixture with a hand mixer until it transforms into a thick, snow-white foam.
- 4Pour that airy mixture into a tray, let it chill in the fridge to set, and then slice it into delicate, pillowy cubes.
- 5Dust with powdered sugar.
