Directions

  1. 1Roll out lavash bread using a dough roller.
  2. 2Cook lavash on a flat griddle until lightly browned.
  3. 3Slice döner meat using a spatula.
  4. 4Place the meat on the lavash.
  5. 5Add the red cabbage and carrot salad on top of the meat.
  6. 6Add some parsley.
  7. 7Fold the lavash in half and then roll it to form a wrap.

  • 2 pieces thin lavash bread
  • 150 grams sliced döner meat
  • 50 grams shredded red cabbage and carrot salad
  • 5 grams parsley
