Directions

1Place a baked potato in a paper tray.
2Cut the potato lengthwise, but not all the way through.
3Mash the potato flesh inside its skin with a knife.
4Add grated cheese to the mashed potato.
5Mix the cheese into the potato until melted and creamy.
6Add diced sausage on top of the cheese and potato mixture.
7Add more grated cheese over the sausage.
8Place the potato in an oven to melt the cheese and warm the toppings.
9Remove the potato from the oven once the cheese is bubbly and slightly browned.
10Top the baked potato with American salad.
11Squeeze ketchup over the salad.
12Drizzle mayonnaise on top of the ketchup.
13Add diced pickles as a topping.
14Add black olives.
15Sprinkle corn over the toppings.
16Finish with a spoonful of red cabbage.
