1Slice five small yellow onions or three large yellow onions.
2Combine half a cup of sun-dried tomatoes, one tablespoon of paprika, one teaspoon of black pepper, one teaspoon of salt, and one teaspoon of parsley flakes.
3Add one clove of garlic to the mixture.
4Drizzle the mixture with olive oil or sun-dried tomato juice.
5Cover the dish with foil.
6Bake in the oven at 400 degrees for one hour.
7After 30 minutes, toss the mixture and put it back in the oven.
8With about 20 minutes left, cook three cups of farfalle pasta.
9Once the caramelized mixture is out of the oven, squeeze the cooked garlic into it.
10Add a handful of fresh parsley, half a cup of coconut milk, and a little bit of chopped fresh basil.
11Add the cooked pasta and about a cup of reserved pasta water.
