- 7Add one tablespoon of black pepper to the blender.
- 8Add one tablespoon of garlic powder to the blender.
- 9Add one tablespoon of chicken bouillon to the blender.
- 10Blend all the ingredients until smooth and creamy.
- 11Pour the creamy jalapeño dip into a bowl.
