Marinate 1 kilogram of pork with half a cup of soy sauce, one can of pineapple juice, half a cup of ketchup, and plenty of pepper. Mix well.

Marinate the pork for at least one hour.

After an hour, fry the pork on high heat until toasted.

In a pan, sauté two pieces of onion until their color changes.

Add one whole garlic and cook for about 10 seconds.

Add the pork.

Pour in the marinade from earlier.

Add a little water to help cook and soften the pork quickly.

Add one tablespoon of sugar and plenty of pepper.

Simmer for about 45 minutes.

Once the pork is soft, you can add chili.

You can decide if you want to reduce the sauce until it dries up.

Tips
The longer you marinate the pork, the better it will be.
Use high heat when frying the pork to get toast marks for flavor.
