Creamy Cajun Steak and Parmesan Potatoes

Directions

  1. 1Slice your steaks into cubes and season with salt, Italian herbs, chili flakes, garlic and onion powder, parsley, paprika, and olive oil.
  2. 2Mix the seasoned steak until the color changes.
  3. 3Slice your potatoes into small cubes.
  4. 4Add mixed veggies and the seasoning mix to the potatoes, followed by lots of parmesan.
  5. 5Mix the potatoes well.
  6. 6Oven bake or air fry the potatoes for 20 minutes until beautifully golden and roasted.
  7. 7Cook your steak bites in light butter for 3 to 4 minutes each side until golden and seared.
  8. 8Add minced garlic and fresh parsley to the steak bites and mix until juicy.
  9. 9Set the beef aside.
  10. 10In the same pan, add the extra seasoning and let it toast for 2 minutes until fragrant.
  11. 11Add low fat milk, light cream cheese, and grated parmesan to the pan.
  12. 12Stir until the cheese melts.
  13. 13Let the sauce thicken until it's rich and creamy.
  14. 14Serve the roasted potatoes with the juicy steak bites and the creamy sauce.

Tips

  • If a meal prep contains a side salad, store it separately or remove it before reheating.
  • To make air-fried potatoes crispy again, air fry for 3-4 minutes at 210C / 420F.
