Directions

  1. 1Mash or beat the cooked potatoes adding the cooking water gradually until you get a dough-like consistency.
  2. 2Mix the shredded chicken, eggs, creme de leite, requeijão, corn, olives, and hearts of palm in a bowl.
  3. 3Season the chicken mixture with salt and pepper.
  4. 4Layer the potato dough and chicken filling in a baking dish, topping with mozzarella and parmesan.

Ingredients

  • 1 kg potato, boiled and peeled
  • 1 copo americano water from potato cooking
  • salt (optional)
  • 350 g shredded chicken, cooked and seasoned
  • 4 egg
  • 150 g creme de leite
  • 200 g requeijão light
  • 4 tbsp corn
  • 4 tbsp olive
  • 4 tbsp hearts of palm
  • 150 g mozzarella
  • 50 g parmesan cheese
  • salt (optional)
  • pepper (optional)
