1Pound the chicken breast thinly until an even thickness.
2Season chicken breast with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, Italian seasoning, salt, black pepper, lemon zest, lemon juice and chili powder.
3Cook the chicken on a pan on medium high heat until it reaches 150F internal temperature, about 5 minutes on each side.
4Once cooked, set aside the chicken to rest; it will gradually come up to 165F internal temperature.
5Cook pasta in a pot of boiling water.
6Melt butter in the same pan used for the chicken, and add grated garlic and red pepper flakes.
7Once aromatic, add heavy cream.
8Bring to a boil and lower the heat to simmer.
9Add freshly grated parmesan and seasonings.
10Once thickened, add al dente pasta and pasta water as you see fit.
11Slice the chicken and add to the pasta.
12Garnish with fresh chopped parsley.

Remember, if the color of the chicken didn't change with seasoning, you didn't do it right.
Don't clean the pan after cooking chicken, that's flavor.
