Directions
- 1In a bowl, mix sugar, lemon zest and softened butter.

- 4Pour batter into baking pan and spread.
- 5Bake (the video does not show how to bake the cake).
- 6Prepare the topping by mixing icing sugar, lemon zest and lemon juice.
- 7Spread the topping on the baked cake.
