1Slice your steaks into cubes, season with salt, black pepper, Italian herbs, parsley, garlic powder, smoked paprika and olive oil. Mix until the color changes.
2Cook steak bites for two minutes each side on medium-high heat until golden and juicy.
3Lower the heat, add more butter, fresh garlic, and parmesan. Mix until well coated, then set aside.
4Add chopped garlic and onion, cook for 5 minutes until soft. Add extra seasoning and give it a mix.
5Add evaporated milk, light cream cheese, parmesan and pasta water. Stir until smooth and let it bubble.
6Add your cooked pasta, mix well until creamy.
7Serve with your delicious steak bites.

Tips
Marinate the steak bites for 30 mins before cooking.
Cook the steak bites on medium-high heat in butter for 2 mins each side.
Once cooked, lower the heat, add extra butter, garlic and parmesan, mix for 1 min till well coated then remove and set aside.
Cook the onion and garlic for 5-6 mins till soft, add spices and mix for a minute.
Add milk and cream cheese on low heat, mix till smooth, let it bubble till thick, then add the cooked pasta and mix well.
This meal prep freezes well and reheats easily in a pan or microwave for 5 mins on low with a dash of milk in the pasta
