Peel and slice the potatoes. Ensure slices are neither too thick nor too thin.

Rinse the potato slices in ice-cold water.

For the sauce add garlic and rosemary to melted butter.

Add chopped onions and cook till they’re caramelized.

Let cool before adding the cream and whisking it.

Grate any kind of cheese you can get your hands on.

Assemble the potato, sauce and cheese, and make 3 to 4 layers.

Cover and bake at 200 degrees for 1 hour or till fork tender.

Add cheese on top and bake till it’s golden.

Add coriander to make it look fancy.

Tips
Slice the potatoes neither too thick nor too thin.
Any kind of cheese can be used.
If you find rosemary, good. If you don't find effort.
Make 3 to 4 layers potato-sauce and cheese.
