Cranberry Crack

instagram.com
Serves 1

Directions

  1. 1Rinse the cranberries and place them in a food processor.
  2. 2Add the roughly chopped green onions, cilantro, jalapeño, lime juice, a little salt, and the sugar to the food processor.
  3. 3Pulse the ingredients in the food processor to achieve a chunky consistency, ensuring you do not puree the mixture.

Ingredients

  • 1 bag fresh cranberries
  • 1 bunch green onion
  • 1 bunch cilantro
  • 1 whole jalapeño, roughly chopped
  • 2 whole lime, juiced
  • salt (optional)
  • 1/2 cup sugar

Equipment

food processor

Tips

  • If you don't like cilantro, you can substitute it with parsley or mint.
  • You can seed the jalapeño or keep the seeds in if you prefer more heat.
  • If you prefer to skip sugar, you can use honey or a sugar substitute instead.
  • Serve this over softened cream cheese, with crackers, or as a side with ham or turkey.
