Directions
- 1Shred a rotisserie chicken into a large bowl.
- 2Add cream of chicken soup, frozen spinach that's been thawed and drained, garlic, sour cream, Monterey Jack cheese, and some crispy fried onions.
- 3Stir in one pound of cooked spaghetti.
- 4Place everything into a greased 9x13 inch baking dish and smooth it out so that it's flat and even.
- 5Add some shredded cheese and a little more of those fried onions on top.
- 6Place it in the oven until the cheese is melted and the sides are hot and bubbly.
